Hia! Thanks for reading my blog! For us there were a couple keys to success ..

1. Make sure they're ready. Does your son wake up dry in the mornings? That's one of the biggest indicators.

2. I would definitely recommend getting one of those potty training dolls. I think you can find one here. It was really impactful to have our son "help" the doll get potty trained. Somehow this made it real for him. THat's not the exact one that we used, but I think it's close enough.

3. We did a LOT of positive reinforcement of having dry pants. We would very frequently just stop everything and say something like "Wow!! That's awesome buddy, you still have dry pants. That's great! Good Job!"

4. If he did use the potty (or even just try really hard) we would make a big deal about it, let him call his granma or some relative to tell them about using the potty.

I don't think you have to have it, but in case you were interested, we used this book to kind of guide us.

I hope that helps! Come back and let me know how it goes! Good luck!

we have a son that is going to be 4 next month. the problem we have is we tried different things to potty trained him, but for some reasons nothing seems to work
we struggle a lot with him. we want to know if there is anything that can help us
train him more, cause we ran out of solutions.
