<p>Oh my gosh.  Is she for real?  This is the pinnacle of what journalism has become in this country.  People like Katie Couric who are so ridiculously out of touch with the American people that would take an opportunity to talk down to people like this is utterly apalling.</p>
<p>Of course this is pretty typical tactics, just like I've explained in the posts and clips presented throughout this blog.  If you have an opposing viewpoint or try and raise a talking point, you must be scared, or ignorant, and you're just wasting everyone's time and drowning out the discussion.  I guess if the discussion isn't what you want it to be, we're drowning you out.</p>
<p>I'm no historian, but isn't there a name for a government that squelches opposing viewpoints?  If you know what it is, leave me a comment and let me know .. I'm pretty sure there's a word for it.</p>
